Capability
Customer Acquisition
AttentionConversation
Direct, face-to-face engagement that turns interest into an actual customer relationship.

01The Work
What this actually is.
Acquisition is a volume game played one conversation at a time. A campaign can generate awareness at scale, but the moment a person decides to become a customer is almost always small, specific and human — a question answered, an objection handled, a piece of paperwork made simple.
We staff and train representatives who work in the environments where those moments happen: retail floors, events, community spaces and partner locations. Every shift has a defined territory, a conversation target and a reporting requirement, so the pipeline is built from countable activity rather than estimated reach.
02How We Do It
Four things that make it repeatable.
01
Territory and shift design
We map where a brand's audience already spends time, then build a schedule of locations, days and hours around actual foot traffic instead of convenience.
02
Conversation training
Representatives learn the product, the three or four objections that come up most, and how to open without a pitch. Coaching continues on the floor, not just in onboarding.
03
Daily counted activity
Conversations, qualified interactions and completed sign-ups are logged per shift, per location, so a soft week is visible in days rather than at quarter's end.
04
Handoff that holds
New customers leave the conversation knowing what happens next — who contacts them, when, and what they already agreed to.
03In The Field
A telecom launch that needed people on the floor
A regional telecom partner had a new plan tier and a launch date but no presence across priority retail locations. We mapped the locations, staffed and trained representatives per site, and set a per-shift conversation target with daily reporting — turning a launch objective into a specific amount of face-to-face activity in each store.
04The Numbers
Why in-person conversations carry acquisition
