You hold two things at once: the standard a client expects, and the development of the people delivering it.

Set the objective, territory and message for the day so nobody starts unclear.

Observe real conversations and give feedback while it can still change the outcome.

Review and report
Close the day with results, patterns and what the client needs to hear.
