Represent client brands in face-to-face customer environments across the Austin area, with daily coaching and campaign training.
01The Role
What you’d actually do.
A brand is judged by the person representing it. As a Brand Ambassador you are the part of the campaign a customer actually meets — the voice, the answers and the tone behind the logo.
You work in retail and event environments across the Austin market, trained on the product and positioning of the brand you represent, with a manager alongside you rather than behind a desk.
02A Day In This Role

Morning briefing
Campaign goals, product updates and territory for the day are reviewed with your team lead before you head out.

In the field
You engage customers directly, answer product questions, and represent the brand exactly as its guidelines describe.
- 03
Debrief and report
Conversations, objections and outcomes are reported back so the client learns what the market said today.
