Preparation and delivery are one job. An event that is well planned and poorly staffed performs the same as one that was never planned at all.
You handle the physical reality of an activation: the setup, the materials, the customer flow, and the honest read on how the day actually went.

Set up
Build the footprint, stage materials and check that everything a customer touches is right.

Staff the floor
Greet, demonstrate, sample and answer questions while keeping the space presentable all day.

Report on site
Capture footfall, interest and what customers responded to before the space comes down.
